Letter from the CEO

Welcome!

As the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Thorne Ambulance Service (TAS), I would like to personally thank you for your interest in our organization. There are several opportunities available within the field of mobile medicine, and I am grateful that you are considering an opportunity to advance your career with us. Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned professional, it is my hope that you will be able to grow and achieve your personal and professional goals by joining our organization.

At Thorne, we take a unique approach to mobile medicine. We foster an environment in which we encourage our providers to contribute their talents, ideas, and solutions to make our organization a better and more effective place. We consistently seek opportunities to improve our service, and we do so by holding all levels of the organization accountable. We empower our team members, and we respect the diversity and individuality that each person represents in the organization.

We believe that our providers and support staff are an extension of the Thorne family name, representing the face and spirit of our team. Our leadership team has and will remain engaged – always keeping their fingers on the pulse of the organization and on our industry. We are driven, we are dedicated, and we truly care about bettering our craft. Mobile medicine is our calling, and we will perform at an optimum level each time we are granted an opportunity to care for another human.

Thank you again for your interest in us. We look forward to getting to know you, and answering any questions that you may have.

Never forget that every position in this organization directly impacts the quality of care provided to our patients. If hired, we ask that you perform your duties with excellence and maintain an open mind and open heart, as we provide selfless service and compassionate care to all who are in need.

Sincerely,

Ryan D. Thorne, NRP
